"I first contacted Mr. Alani before moving to the Big Island, via his website and using the Contact Us form. His response back was prompt, the next day… and he called me. He took the time to chat with me for quite a while, answering all my questions and providing valuable input regarding how much an excavation could be; depending on the property.
Once I finally moved to the Big Island and bought property, I inquired again; but this time I was unsure if I wanted all of my property excavated. I had spent a lot of time manually clearing paths throughout it and I thought I wanted to keep some of my “jungle”. Again, he was very responsive to all my questions and was willing to come and look at my property.
Because of his input and knowledge of the environment, climate, etc. and my small parcel of land, the best decision was to clear most of my property.
He did such a great job listening to what I wanted, by shaping the gradually sloped terrain and leaving trees around my lot; that were left to maintain a barrier for privacy.
Mr. Alani is pleasant, a great communicator, quick to respond, does great work, and also has contacts for referrals for other services, which I’ve already used for fencing.
I will use his services again as he also does septic system work. I highly recommend him."

"Alani got back to us right away and was quickly able to fit our lot into his busy schedule. We worked with our budget and was so skilled he was able to spare some amazing trees and features on our little lot while also flattening the rest. Super professional and skilled! "Alani Bulldozing was excellent to work with. We met at property and I explained my vision for the project, pointed out the hazards that I knew about. Hursley provided valuable local knowledge about flora, fauna, history of area, types of lava to expect, and what we should keep and what was weeds. Was such a great help. He showed up with his equipment on time and went to work. Did a great job even though I was not to be there the whole time of the land clearing. The final product was amazing, just what we were looking for. Recommend to anyone. "
